We have a rewarding opportunity for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing and Performance Lead to join CBM Australia.
This role delivers performance analysis, insights, and optimisation recommendations across all digital channels (Web, EDM, SMS, organic and paid socials, EcOMM) while managing platform relationships and paid media coordination to support client department briefs.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

Proven senior level experience in digital marketing performance analysis and optimisation.

Strong understanding of digital analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).

Proven ability to lead analytical frameworks and reporting systems
-
Experience managing paid media campaigns and working with external media agencies.
-
Demonstrated ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
-
Experience in SEO, social media content planning, and digital content performance.
-
Experience working in a client service model with multiple internal stakeholders.
Specific outcomes required:
-
Digital performance tracking and analysis across all channels for client department campaign effectiveness
-
Develop performance optimisation recommendations for all digital channels based on data insights and client requirements
-
Develop and maintain digital analytics framework, reporting systems, and cross-channel performance measurement
-
Provide subject matter expertise to support client department brief development, including channel mix, content creation and audience targeting recommendations
-
Manage platform relationships i.e.: Facebook, LinkedIn, Google including account setup, business reviews, capability assessments (as needed)

Website content management, UX optimisation, technical maintenance, troubleshooting and performance monitoring

Develop and maintain SEO and social media frameworks while executing optimization strategies per client department strategic direction

Support Creative Specialist capacity planning by providing digital complexity assessments and resource requirement recommendations

Support client departments in identifying and testing digital innovation opportunities, contributing to innovation testing initiatives

Coordinate paid media requirements with external agencies, providing client brief parameters and performance expectations

Organic Social media content planning and editorial calendar development incorporating client department requests for maximum results

SEO coordination and performance optimisation aligned with client department audience objectives

Marketing technology optimisation recommendations and system performance analysis for campaign delivery

Cross-channel integration coordination to optimise supporter experience per client briefs
About you

Demonstrates enthusiasm for CBM Australia’s mission and is comfortable working in a faith-aligned organisation.
