Passionate about social justice, Jane draws on over 20 years’ experience in high impact roles focused on supporting positive change and sustainable development. She possesses a unique blend of senior executive/CEO/Board and leadership development experience, combined with a depth and breadth of knowledge across strategic and operational management.
Ingrid Henley, Chief Operating Officer
Ingrid is driven by purpose led work that strengthens organisations to create lasting change, aligning closely with CBM’s mission and values. With over 20 years’ experience across the not‑for‑profit and professional services sectors, Ingrid brings deep expertise in finance, governance, risk, compliance and organisational leadership. As Chief Operating Officer at CBM Australia, Ingrid leads business operations including finance, people and culture, risk, IT and strategy, supporting strong stewardship, effective systems and sustainable impact across the organisation.
Kobi Maglen, Program Impact Director
Kobi has over 25 years of leadership experience in strategy, policy and research, stakeholder engagement, and the design and implementation of complex, multiphase initiatives for public, private and for-purpose organisations in Australia and internationally. She brings a whole-of-system perspective to identify opportunities and barriers to change and design, and deliver transformational policy and program responses. At CBM Australia, Kobi leads a team that delivers world-leading disability inclusive technical advice and highly-effective field programs.
