Your new company
Your new organisation is a NFP organisation located in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, with a truly committed team of around 90 staff. Their mission to support those in impoverished areas of the world, particularly those living with a disability, live more enriched lives.
Your new role
Your new role will see you work closely with the People Director to provide generalist support to the HR function. This will include end-to-end support of the employee lifecycle, coordination of the L&D space, participating in EBA discussions and remuneration reviews, enhancing staff culture and wellbeing, support of upcoming projects, etc. You will be required to establish meaningful relationships with internal stakeholders and provide sound advice and support to all staff, particularly middle management.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position, you must have previous experience in a generalist or advisory position, supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle. You will be confident in your ability to deliver advice pertaining to HR legislation and organisational policies, and in developing strong internal relationships.
This position will require a minimum of two days in the office (restrictions dependant), offering work from home flexibility a maximum of three days per week. This is a full-time position.

A salary of around $75k – $80k + super + salary packaging is on offer, depending on your experience, as well as an additional 5 days of leave per year and unlimited sick leave after 12 months.
