What are we looking for?

As Head of People, you will be an experienced manager and generalist within the People function with your learning gained from working in several sectors, ideally including the for-purpose sector. It’s vital you have strong HR partnering experience and it is very likely you are a systems thinker, a digital champion and an end-to-end project manager.  
  
You bring emotional intelligence along with your can-do attitude, evidenced by the outstanding results you’ve achieved through partnerships with stakeholders at all levels.  
  
You bring an international lens to your work, hence your confidence in managing employment and industrial relations advice as global workforce options are regularly reviewed to support a shifting footprint. Your calmness and pragmatism in conversations about change and in performance discussions is part of your brand.
