High-level Remit:
The CRM analyst sits under the public Engagement team which makes up for 70% of the income for the organisation. The role will be managing CRM audience and fundraising database activities and manage data projects.
The CRM & Data Lead will be responsible for producing reports and managing internal stakeholders across the organisation. Focus on quality of data, identifying new activities, providing recommendations, and interpreting the data. The CRM and Data Lead will play a pivotal role in the Public Engagement as they look to finalise the 2023 – 2026 strategy.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong attention to detail
- Passionate about the industry and data
- Experience using Blackbaud CRM (preferred) and PowerBI (Desirable)
- Understanding of database management, CRM, data Analytics and reporting
- Ability to manage time effectively.
